The versatile and robust UV/Vis spectrophotometer is easy to use and equipped with advanced performance features. It has pre-programmed methods for quantifying nucleic acids (DNA, RNA, oligonucleotides), measuring nucleic acid and protein fluorescent dyes, performing protein assays (BCA, Biuret, Bradford, Lowry, Pierce), measuring cell density, and melting point calculation. The GLP mode ensures that the data comply with GLP requirements.
